Poor service and false advertising

I went to the Istore pavilion to take a contract iphone package but was told they they are inundated and not taking anymore contracts for the day and we must do it online as they will have stock available and will be delivered in 2 days. I went online and did the contract and I am aware that there is waiting period to see if it is approved. I was contacted telephonically, by sms and email to ne told its approved i need to make payment then its 2 day for delivery. I received a package with the charger after a week but no phone. I contacted the customer care only for them to tell me it's be processed. I clearly told them from the time i spoke to them after payment and told them that I do not work at one venue and that I need to be informed the day before. The courier driver calls me the next day to say he is that my work where I am not at. We arranged for it to be delivered the next day as I would be at the venue and it can be delivered. It's another week and the phone is still not delivered. I call the online sales department to speak to the sales manger who's name is Thembinkosi but he refused to take my calls as he is busy with other customers. I told them that I need him to call me back. He still has not returned my call. I told the sales agent that I am paying for a device that I don't have please arrange for me to pick it up from an Istore as my daughter is leaving and needs the phone the next day.
