Poor service

I went to Istore Tygervalley to purchase another iPad or iPad mini ! I have a problem with poor service and people not giving you the same service that the customer was given just before you ! The assistant walked towards me , and then walked away without saying a word , starting to chat with his colleague . When I tried to get his attention, I was given the idea that I was hindering or a nuisance ! Asking me whether I wasn’t helped already … when I asked him about info on the iPads , it was “ the processor is faster than this one “ that was the extend of my assistance !! I am very disappointed! I will do my utmost not to support Tygervalley Istore ! I am not sure what is happening to customer service . What annoys me is the fact they look at you and decide beforehand whether you want to or can buy a product ! I will not recommend this store in any way to anyone to purchase any product ! Also the manager of the store need to be addressed to make sure that they enforce good customer care !
