Poor service

Very disappointed with the service I got from iStore on my recent order. Ordered on Thursday, the 24 of November, and my parcel has been "out for delivery" since Friday the 25th. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone, and the only reason why I even bought from iStore was because they offer same day and next day delivery. Been getting a "your order is out for delivery" message for the past 4 days now. This is totally unacceptable
