Poor service

Such disappointing service received by the istore in canal walk just for a new contract application.

Went on Wednesday 27th April to apply for one and was assisted by a lovely lady who then advised there is some system error on telkoms side and that she will call me back

She eventually got back to me that same evening advising she still getting an error message however other people who are applying for a contract through telkom went through. She told me she would contact me the next day which she never did.

Today I went into the store to enquire about the application only to be told it was never put through and I'll have to wait for a telkom agent to assist. I waited over 45 mins in the store only to leave without being assisted as I was feeling ignored by the store associates. I really expected better service.
