Poor service

Went to the store on Thursday the 20th of Dec, with my Daughter to get her an Apple I watch. We Chose the watch and asked the consultant to keep it until Monday when we will collect it as they had to put a screensaver on as it was out off stock. It was a xmas present for her. She took my name and number and attached it to the chosen phone and told me that I can collect it on Monday. When I arrived on Monday, I saw the same consultant. She went to to back to fetch the phone. She came back and told me that the phone was gone and that they have no more stock of that phone. ***!!! Spoke to the manager. Someone gave it to another customer. My daughter will now have to wait till after xmas to get one that they will order. Nice one Apple I store Pavilion.
