Poor service

I just got back from the istore in gateway. I am very ****ed off as I was there for an hour if not longer and was not given back my MacBook. I showed them all required documentation, I even went to the extent of showing them all my email trail and proof of payment. This is unacceptable as I had to firstly make arrangements to go fetch the MacBook and the service was pathetic. I don't expect to wait that long for the consultant to tell me they cannot help me and they will call me back to come pick up the MacBook, when I already have a message telling me to fetch the MacBook. This is highly frustrating. As I start campus on Tuesday and needed my MacBook urgently.
