Poor screen for Apple Watch

I recently bought a series 3 Apple Watch from the istore. I slept with the watch, it is meant for sleeping with as it tracks your sleep pattern.. when I woke up the screen was cracked from the inside. It seems that it may be a factory fault. The watch was only two weeks old. They warranty does not cover the screen and to replace it I will have to pay 80% of the cost of a new watch.
