Poor quality charger

Took my contract at Cellc sandton city for an iPhone 5 s . The charger is of a bad quality , it just to teared apart and I took it to istore hoping they will just replace but they declined it, hence is not even my fault cause their chargers are just bad. I found very disturbing cause their phones a are very expensive and they can't even account for their poor quality , I now hate Apple products with all my heart and I will go out share he bad experience I experienced .
