Poor Post Sales Service

I bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max 512GB cash for R36 999 at the Sandton City branch 04/11/2024. On the 21/01/2025 the screen froze, and I switched it off in an attempt to reboot but it never switches back on, I immediately took it back to the store of which they booked it in. To my shock the store manager refused to give me a loan phone because my phone had a minor scratch. 3 days later I went back to the store, eventually I was given an iPhone 12 that is consistently heating up with short battery life span. 3 weeks down the line, I have not heard any update from the store and when I follow up I am told that they are awaiting a part that has been ordered with no indication of when that part will be received or when I will receive my phone back.

After paying a phone for cash and it dies with 2months, I expected much better service and rather for the phone to be replaced than wait for +3weeks of repair. This is rather disappointing and shows that istore doesn't care about its customers at all post sales.
