Poor Online Service iStore, Fourways Mall, Johannesburg

The WORST online service I have experienced ever. Trying to upgrade my MTN contract via iStore at Fourways Mall, Johannesburg. Getting calls from an assistant, talking gibberish and non-sensical *******. Two weeks into the “process” and still nothing. I have to identify myself, as proof of residence and a copy of my ID is not efficient enough. Do you want a urine and blood sample so you can test my DNA to prove who I am? It’s a miracle that Apple is still doing business in South Africa. What an absolute DISGRACE!
