Poor management of the Canal walk IStore

I walked into the store just after 13:00 on Sunday 7 June 2026 and was asked to fill my details on a sheet and advised that I would receive a call when someone is available to assist me. It is now 18:40 and I have since put my name on the list again as they lost my details from the previous list. I have still not been helped and the only reason I am putting up with the horrible service is because I promised my wife an upgrade today. I store Canal walk has absolutely no regard for customers and feels absolutely nothing to waste someones entire Sunday. The store is poorly managed and has no structure.
