Poor Experience from I Store

My experience with the Online Area of I store has been nothing short of DISAPPOINTING.I have been billed for a device for 1 month which was never delivered.The consultant that handled this was nothing short of slippery in her dealings.Today i have been sent a voucher for R1000 to use at any I store which is an Insult as my funds should be returned.The only silver lining in this organisation is Bongani (the manager at sandton city) who has been helping to clean up this mess.These are the custodians of APPLE in South Africa, which is really worrying.My advice:stay with the cell phone networks and dont be enticed by delaing DIRECTLY with I store.They dont compare in service levels to Vodacom & MTN.
