Poor customer service istore waterfall

Sent my iPhone for repair to istore and a month later I still do not have my phone. Very poor update and service from the waterfall store in Jhb. No responsibility taken and the manager does not know the location of the iPhone. I have not received a call from the manager. Staff suhail is irresponsible and is deliberate in actions. Pathetic service. One star should not be received.
