Poor customer service

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at iStore George. My application was declined due to an agreement and supporting documents that were supposedly not attached, yet iStore was unable to provide me with a clear reason or explanation. As a result, I had to personally contact all the third parties involved just to find out why the application was declined. This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
