Poor Customer Service

I went to the Istore in Century City on Saturday the 8th October because I forgot my Id password, wanted them to erase it for me-instead they said they can't help me, mind you I brought the box and Proof of purchase instead the manager on duty called a security for me to be escorted out, how embarrassing I am still frustrated because I can only receive incoming calls I can't access apps nothing and I do work stuff on my phone also...
