Poor Customer Service

Good Afternoon,

Unfortunately I’ve had a very bad experience at iStore Woodlands.

I wanted to upgrade a MTN contract. I waited more than an hour not being assisted. The staff is not friendly nor willing to help. I understand you have a system you work according to but no-one was willing to help me. I really feel you have poor customer service. After this experience I will never go back to one of your stores. I am really disappointed.
