Poor customer service

Very disappointed with the service I got from iStore online on my recent order. Ordered on Monday, the 21 of November, and my parcel was delivered the next day which is a good but the phone is not working properly. I sent numerous emails, called the but no one is willing to assist me. Can iStore please come take your phone and refund me back my money because this is totally unacceptable.
