Poor customer service

Poor service at istore east rand mall. The sales consultants don't attend to customers, when I was eventually attended to, the ladies were not paying attention, they speak about their own things that are not work related hence so many mistakes were made on my application, I was asked the same questions over and over again. Companies should not hire for the sake of hiring really, some people aren't sales orientated. East rand mall branch is the worst
