Poor customer care

I made an application for a new cellphone contract with iStore online cellular, a week later I still haven't been informed when I can expect delivery of the device. All I was told is the hold up is with the network provider and not them, this was after multiple attempts to get hold of my agent. My sales agent does not reply to my emails, the call center is terrible and whenever they say they will follow up and call you back they never actually do it.
