Poor business practise

I ordered an Apple watch series 3 at the advertised price on the store pamphlet and as advertised in store. When the watch arrived the staff informed me that the price went up with R300.00. The manager refused to sell the watch at the ordered and advertised price. He persisted even though he was informed that he was in violation of the consumer protection act. I left without the watch and he blamed head office.
