Poor Apple Franchise
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the iStore, a company operating under the Apple franchise.
Firstly, I was disappointed to learn that the iStore does not accept American Express credit cards. This is particularly surprising given Apple’s reputation for inclusivity and customer-centric practices. It raises the question of why a franchisee would not align with the diverse payment options expected by Apple customers.
Additionally, I encountered some sales staff whose attitude could only be described as dismissive and arrogant. This behaviour does not reflect the high standards of customer service associated with the Apple brand.
I am confident that this is not the vision Steve Jobs had for the Apple customer experience, and I urge you to address these issues with your franchise partner to ensure they adhere to the values and expectations that Apple represents.
