Poor!!!

When I paid R22,000 for a phone I expect great service, my phones paint started falling off and I was accused by the service department for scratching the phone. The warranty apparently does not cover paint falling of the device. They also scratched the back glass of the phone and told me the scratches were always there!?! 0 stars, utterly disgraceful!
