Plain utter *******!

Never have I thought buying an iPhone online would be such a traumatic experience. The system was so quick into prompting for the payment and delivery address. After selecting the delivery address which was my workplace and choosing same day delivery, I now get a message saying "We're sorry, your parcel waybill was not found", if this is the case, how was Even going to receive my phone? This was supposed to be a gift but now I'm forced to go into a cellphone store and buy anything as I had made a promise. This is the worst customer experience ever especially with such a huge brand.
