Pavilion iStore is USELESS.

I am disgusted by the after sales support of iStore. On 22nd Feb 2023 I went into the Pavilion iStore. The service staff are useless to say the least. I went to return an Apple Clear MagSafe case for iPhone 13 Pro. The case had stress cracks after barely being used. These cases retail for R1199 and carry a 1 year guarantee. Pavilion iStore passed me from person to person. Eventually the case was “booked in” as a repair. From here I have had zero feedback unless I phone their call Centre who never seem to help me. Clever clever that the stores don’t have a direct telephone line. The last I heard was that Apple approved a replacement. But to this day I have heard nothing more after numerous promises for their staff to keep me updated. iStore and their staff really take the joy out of owning Apple products of which I own every product.
