Pathetic service where I ended up living with out bieng serviced

Having to wait more than an hour to be serviced. No one is helping there is no chair to sit you stand u till u have hills. Service level is pathetic and disorder its pathetic the way they serve the customers. Waiting for finance as if a bond application. I left after an hour with no service.
