Istore South africa has the worst service. I pre-ordered an iphone 12 pro on the 1st of November at istore Menlyn and then again when it went live officially on the 18th of November. On the 2nd of Jan i went back to the istore and they said they will get stock again on the 9Jan and now I returned and yet they tell me they don’t have 1 for me. This is pathetic from Istore and can’t help but feel I’m being **** to the whole time. And no matter what a person does, it’s impossible to get to speak to a manager. I will seriously change the devices i use if this is the service i get.
