Pathetic service from istore menlyn.

We have been trying for more than a week now to upgrade my wife's contract. Bad service, no one ever calls back or replies to an e-mail. Call centre is a waste of time. We were lured there by their trade in offer - we have wasted three times the amount in hours we had to take off from work to sort this out. Wife still without phone - this is damaging to her business and personal relations. Pathetic.
