Pathetic service from iStore

Made a purchase for a drone online on Friday 26th of July for Same day delivery! It is now the 31st of July and I have not to date received my drone and my requests for refund and feedback are now being ignored!

I have reached out via the online platform, their whatsapp channel where they respond once a day and their email where I have received different responses from Dylan, not sure if that is a bot at this point.
