PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>I received an ihone 6s on Monday 15 August 2016. I went back to the istore on 20 August 2016 o report that the battery life was terrible and the camera did not function properly. I had taken photos at a concert and you could see the face at all. It was within the 7 days but I was took that I had too many apps on and therefore the battery was nit lasting. A pathertic excuse as far as I concerned. I tried it again and again the battery was terrible. I took the phone back on 24 August 2016 and was told that I will have a response and the phone back by 26 August 2016. My emails and calls are completly ignored. No word as to whats going on. The manager should not be a manager with this pathetic service delivery.</p>
