Pathetic Service coupled with Pathetic vendors and suppliers!!!

I would have never in a million years expected to receive the service received from Apple. I bought a watch in April during the lockdown and expected that the parcel would be delivered slightly later than usual. Almost 3 weeks later im still waiting for the parcel.

A get an sms from their elected courier company RTT that i would receive my parcel by 6pm today and im still waiting.

Why a big brand like apple would elect RTT to do their deliveries is beyond me, this company's reviews are shocking.

I guess now we wait and see who more pathetic between these two organisations.
