Pathetic Service

I went to Istore at The Zone Rosebank. They went through the whole process of the upgrade the person that has to finalize the contract was on leave and not in the store. They did not have anyone to approve this Istore. We waited for 1hrs 30 mins… for something to be approved after no communication from the staff, the assistant manager and the manager. After my husband asked them to give back our money that was deducted the manager then treated me and my husband saying he will get us arrested. If this is the management at this Istore I would be ashamed.
