Pathetic service at iStore Menlyn

Pathetic customer service at Menlyn store I took a Telkom contract on 25 June. The sim card never worked. When I went to Telkom to ask why the sim was never activated, I was told the iStore needed to ensure its activated before I could leave with the phone and thus iStore’s problem. Telkom could only offer a sim swap at a fee; I went back to the place I bought the phone and well, they could not help me still, despite trying to explain that the sim just never worked
