Pathetic service at iStore Gateway

iStore is extremely poor in terms of customer service! I went into iStore for a new line with MTN, the staff was so unfriendly, plus they gave me a poor trade in value for my Samsung s20 ultra! The consultant came through and checked the system and asked for documents, apparently the system told him that the vet limit was R280!!!! So he automatically told us it will get declined! He gave us no hope he was extremely useless! The application got referred, after one week there was still not response so we cancelled the application! We wen straight to an MTN store and got the phone within 15 minutes and the vet limit was 10k!!!!!!!! So what the hell is the iStore doing?? Its so difficult to get seen to and they are so flipping unfriendly! Selling such great products with pathetic attitudes! Never ever going back to the iStore!
