Pathetic service at I store pavilion

<p>I have brought in an iPhone 6 twice to the istore . once for 'no service' on the phone and again for problems with apps. They refuse to refund me because they say there is no fault with the device. This is impossible because I have showed the fault to the technicians in the form of screenshots and demonstration. Very irritating!!! Don't ever buy from istore. Rather buy from Game stores. Much Better after sales service</p>
