Pathetic service and stock

I went to the istore in woodlands this morning, it took me over half an hour to actually get to speak to a very obnoxious sales person. I explained that I would like to have a dark coloured sports loop wrist band for my Apple watch, she just promptly said they don't carry stock, I should look online. Whats the point of having a shop if you cannot at least look at the product you wish to purchase. I then decided to go to Menlyn Park Istore and see if i could at least get a look and feel of the item I would like to purchase. I arrived at the store also receiving a cold shoulder from the sales people, I eventually had to raise my voice to get some attention, two black salesmen just carried on ignoring me and just stood there chatting and laughing. eventually a white salesman decided it is time to give me some attention. Once again the items I requested was not carried in stock, once again telling me to go look online. I have now gone online and ordered what I assume to be the right product as all I see online is a picture as I have not seen or touched the item in either store. I gather from other customers that the istore is only there to sell you new phones, ipads etc, no interest in selling anything less and have no time for returning customers as the new clients tend to sell more. I assume they make commission on large sales and contracts. I then asked the final question, I would like to find out what my apple watch series 3 is worth as a trade in for an apple watch series 4, I was then told that I would need to see the technical staff, then chuckled and said that I would have to wait about an hour as they are busy. Really "fantastic" service, I assume that they are making more than enough money to not care about customer service.
