Pathetic service and ******** pensioners

It is a sad day when an 80-year old buys a new iPad from the iStore and then ask them to assist in transferring photos from his old iPad to the newly purchased one, and the iStore staff tells the person they are unable to assist as they have no equipment in doing this.

The person is then requested to bring his own Apple PC or Laptop to the store and then they will assist. If he does not have one, he should buy one.

This amounts to nothing less than ******ion and the business practice should be investigated under the unfair business practices act.
