Pathetic service

Just bought a new series 7 Watch after waiting forever to get it. Opened it and the charger doesn’t work. Go into the store and they can’t do a swap or give me another cable. Three days later still no cable watch is flat can’t charge and apple does nothing after I’ve bought the 13 pro max, iMac and MacBook Pro. Absolutely pathetic service!
