PATHETIC SERVICE

In person and online experience is pathetic. You never get what you want instore and it always takes much longer then what they promise. No use in ordering online as they just say your product is on "back order" and hasent arrived in the country....WELL THEN DONT ADVERTISE THEM IF THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Completely discraceful service...according to my daughters the iphone is a great product but whats the point in owning one when the service in South Africa is so bad!!
