Pathetic Sales people at iStore Canal Walk

The customer service at the iStore in Canal Walk is absolutely pathetic. I was there on Friday, 27 October 2023 to purchase a phone and I when I enter, not one person asked to assist me. This is not the first time I have been to this store and everytime it is the same thing, no one would come up to me to ask for assistance and they are all chatting to each other. It is really bad for business and they have just lost out on a sale last Friday. When I enter, I was standing there for a while and waited for someone to come to me, and then obviously I had to go up to someone to ask for help. The girl then said, all the sales people are busy and I would have to wait for an hour.....really now??? She then said, I must take a seat and she will find someone to assist me. She came back 20 minutes later and still could find someone to assist me. She then asked one of the sales guys to assist, meanwhile he was infront of the screen watching the cricket. I mean honestly, what kind of business is this??? I asked the girl if I can come the Saturday morning and she said, she doesn't think it is a good idea becuase they will be full because of the rugby and she doesn't think anyone would be able to help me the next day. LOL.....I am laughing because this is absolutely pathetic service. I will never shop at iStore in Canal Walk again and I will be taking my business to iStore Queens Hotel or Waterfront where I have gotten nothing but good service and sales people were actually excited to assist me.
