Pathetic refund policy and pathetic service at istore mall of africa

Pathetic service at istore mall of africa,I don’t know why I keep going back there and supporting them inspite of the terrible service I receive every time. I bought AirPods and went to get a refund since my husband also bought me a pair which was a surprise. Other stores don’t give you a run around for your own hard earned money like the istore does. The manager at mall of africa says I can only refund back to a credit card, now firstly I did not pay with a credit card and payed cash as I don’t have a credit card.She then says you can come with anyone’s credit card for us to refund you or we can do a eft which will take 7 to 14 days for the money to reflect,what nonsense is this,I must wait 7 to 14 days for my own,please man istore catch a wake up. They refused to refund me in cash and I walked out the store unhappy and dissatisfied as always. This is unacceptable and I will be taking this up further.
