Pathetic, Poor and Lazy service!

The worst experience of 2018, dealing with Lunga on live chat was a nightmare! A simple error that appeared when trying to make a payment with Mobicred on the iStore website. I was told to query this with Mobicred, my details worked 100% when logging into their site but yet the agent did not make an effort to check this! Pathetic and poor service.
