Pathetic iStore Service!!!!

I contacted the iStore at Tygervalley, Western Cape, South Africa on 28 Feb 2023 for the Moov 11-in-1 Multiport Hub for my new MacBook Pro laptop. Ronique Roman came back almost immediately and said it would be kept for me and I could ask any sales assistent- they would know where it was reserved and kept. I specifically asked for availability as I live 150km away and did not want to drive there and find they have no stock. I sent my son to pick it up and after 30minutes of waiting to be helped- he was informed that they did not know what he wanted and there was no product kept for me!!! this was beyond believe. Not only did they not have stock as Ronique confirmed they had- but this item was not kept aside for me as she said it would be. This is the last straw and after 20 yrs of buying Apple products I have had it- and will NEVER buy any Apple product ever again. The fact that a laptop comes without the ability to use USB, camera cards or Thunderbolt as before- says it all. No-one informed me of this when I bought the laptop. I should have seen the warning lights regarding Apple service.
