Pathetic customer service at Table Bay istore

The istore at Table bay mall is probably the worst store to shop in. The staff have no regard for customer service. I have been there twice to purchase a iPhone with an mtn upgrade and nobody wants to assist. There is apparently only one lady that works with mtn and she has an attitude that stinks and helps who she wants to while others must just sit and wait. The store manager is just as pathetic and does nothing to assist.

Why goes your store offer upgrades when your staff are not prepared to assist? Is this too much of work for them?
