Pathetic customer service

On 6 January 2025 I went to the istore branch at Tygervalley to find out when my contract was due for an upgrade. A young consultant took my details and walked away, I browsed through the store while waiting (nobody communicated a thing) then I decided to stand by the consultant who was busy by a laptop and was told that she’s busy with something else and will attend to me once she’s done. I tried finding a Brochure for possible upgrade options, I threw a hint for someone to assist with advising on a potential upgrade package but everyone looked at me like I was an idiot. I asked for the manager and he suddenly got soooo busy at the till and could not assist me when there was only 1 other customer in the shop. The customer service is pathetic!!!!! I will never recommend the iStore in Tygervalley. Bunch of arrogant snobs!
