Pathetic Customer Service

My boyfriend and I went into the istore at Cavendish Square to purchase an Apple Watch. We were in the store for 30 minutes and received no assistance whatsoever. My boyfriend went up to one of the staff asking for assistance and was told by the staff member that he's busy. He didn't suggest that a colleague assist us instead. He rudely said he was busy and didn't even look up at us when talking. The other staff members were more interested in having social conversations with each other than assisting customers. One staff member in particular was extremely rude and unhelpful. Jason stood at the front of the store just staring at us even though he was fully aware we were trying to get assistance for 30 minutes. He then decided to walk around asking to help every customer but us and completely ignored us. My boyfriend went to the service desk asking a second time for assistance. We support istore and purchased our iPhones,iPads, fit bits from them and were there to purchase an Apple Watch. The service was disappointing and pathetic and we will never walk into that istore ever again. We will take our business elsewhere. Pathetic customer service!!! Unhelpful stand rude staff!!!
