Pathetic and rotten service

Walk in to Istore Sandton on Sunday the 22nd and regretted my decision of buying the iPhone 8. I first spoke to a lady and explain my problem. It was about the new iPhone set up. She told me that they can do it but I ll have to pay R200. I said I feel it’s unfair to me as a customer to pay for setup on a new phone. She said I must wait and she will call her manager. I saw her going to talk to some guy who suddenly turn and come to me with some attitude. His first question without greating was what is the problem. I explained. His next question was why do I say it unfair to pay for the survice. That was followed by where dd you buy the phone. All this happened before I can actually tell him about my feelings. He was dealing with me base on the infirm he got from the lady. As a result he dd not have time to listen to me. He was burning with ego and overly pompous. He gave me the idea that apple is not interested in me as a customer but my mone. Surface to say that in my entire history I have never ever received positive and satisfactory results from this particular shop. I suggested that I better go to vodacom then since he told me I cannot come and complain in his store if I ddnt buy it from them. His reaction was that there is no need inmust stay and they will help me but at the charge if they find the solution. If they don’t they will allow me to go. I felt like I am being arrested for having a phone they is giving nightmares while it is actually not my choice. I would expect that this phones are suppose to be user friendly. After this experience I got the answer that I needed for a long time. I am in the process to purchase a laptop and I was undecided which one to choose between the MacBook and Dell. Apple products are just exaggerated and overrated. There are better products and better service elsewhere. All the agents in that shop are ***** and don’t even know the product they dealing with. I will spread the news to my friends and relatives as most of us are using this *******.
