Pathetic

This is now beyond pathetic when I went to open my contract at the store on Wednesday I was told my cell number would be ported and after numerous attempts yesterday I was told different stories of how you are experiencing technical difficulties to now you no longer do it !!! Why promise a customer something you can not deliver on ??? And then you don't even bother to give anyone feed back I called again today 4 hours ago and yet I still wait for a response !!!! I was promised a number port and I want it done !!!! NOW!!!! Your service is pathetic and if this is how you handle business it is not on !!! Completely useless.
