Pain-free experience

I purchased a pre owned unit from iStore Canal Walk yesterday which then needed to be synced with my iPad. What a pleasure it was to have Nadeem help me. Not only did he understand exactly what needed to be done (once again downloading Apps etc. without my having to ask), but he did so with such a pleasant attitude. Through no fault of his I had to return to the shop today and, again, I was given first-rate service. Makes spending a couple of thousand rand on a unit worthwhile ?
