Paid for iPad air 2 / refuse to give my devise and

Today at 11 am I went to istore in Santon. I ask to buy the new iPad air2 128 GB and Cover. I ask the wandilie if I pay via eft and show her the payment on myinternetbanking and email her the payment notice from Absa that I could get my devise. I also informed her from ABSA to FNB can take up to 48 hrs.
