Online team - inefficient

Such terrible service from the Istore online team. I know it’s busy, and you are most likely understaffed, but to keep applications unattended for weeks on end is absolutely pathetic. To make matters worse when you decide to open an application, can you please close it when you’re done? Because of your stupidity I cannot go to any other Istore to apply for a different application because the online application is still open.

Can only imagine how much business is lost due to inefficient staff.
